Secrets. We all like
to be a part of the inner group who knows them. But there are some things God
has kept secret unto himself. Secret knowledge is tantalizing. Remember that
the adversary seduced Eve with secret knowledge.
Revelations, on the
other hand, are available for all to read and study. Remember that God has
graciously revealed everything we need for our eternal destiny. Consider his
directions. Note how he guides us despite our understanding. He has provided
sufficient information to empower the right choices for our future.
Remember, the just
shall live by faith! No one claims that living by faith is easy, yet everything
God has revealed belongs to us. We can have them! They are ours! Consider the
power and freedom in "the things revealed belong to us and to our children
forever." They are given to enable us to worship and obey him.
Dear Father, thank
you for revealing yourself to us through Jesus Christ. Enlighten our minds
through faith and enable us to listen to your voice. I pray this in the name of
Jesus. AMEN
Be strong and
courageous today obeying God's revelations,
