The Gospel Seed

“And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it.” Genesis 1:28 (KJV)

“And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.” Genesis 3:15 (KJV)

“And the LORD appeared unto Abram, and said, Unto thy seed will I give this land” Genesis 12:7 (KJV)

“But he that received seed into the good ground is he that heareth the word, and understandeth it; which also beareth fruit, and bringeth forth, some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.” Matthew 13:23 (KJV)

“He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man; The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one” Matthew 13:37-38 (KJV)

“Ye are the children of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, saying unto Abraham, And in thy seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed. Unto you first God, having raised up his Son Jesus, sent him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from his iniquities.” Acts 3:25-26 (KJV)

“Of this man's seed hath God according to his promise raised unto Israel a Saviour, Jesus” Acts 13:23 (KJV)

“For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.” Galatians 3:26-29 (KJV)

“And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.” Matthew 28:18-20 (KJV)

Dear Father, thank you for the seed you have sown in us. Empower us to sow this good seed in others. I pray this in the name of Jesus. AMEN

Be strong and courageous sowing the Gospel,
